We are recruiting for a Line Leader at our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (07:00 to 19:30)

Hourly Rate: £13.70 (paid weekly)

As an AMFRESH Line Leader, you will:

  • Lead and motivate your team to ensure smooth production line performance.
  • Oversee our production lines and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and record KPI performance through regular admin work.
  • Report stock discrepancies and issues promptly to your manager.
  • Make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete all required paperwork and admin tasks before the end of each shift.

About You: To be a successful Line Leader, the qualities we are looking for are:

  • Previous line leader/manager experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with good KPI awareness.
  • Quick decision-maker who adapts well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
  • Food/FMCG production experience or eagerness to learn.
