ELECTRICAL CONTRACTS MANAGER – COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Senior Position – Reporting Directly to the Directors

AM Electrical are recruiting an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to take ownership of live commercial project delivery, lead site teams, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and commercially aligned across NI and the UK.
You will work directly with the Directors and act as the lead on project execution, ensuring strong programme management, commercial control, and structured coordination from site to commercial to client teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of commercial electrical projects (NI + UK)
- Lead site teams, foremen + specialist subcontractors
- Weekly reporting + progress tracking (Site Audit Pro)
- Manage variations + commercial change alignment with QS / Estimating
- Ensure programme, quality, safety and compliance standards are met
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator and confident leader
- Commercially aware with strong judgement under pressure
Experience within mechanical (M&E) environments is desirable, but not essential.
