- Update inventory records, stock movement, picking and packing details.
- Verify data against physical documents (DOs, invoices, manifests) to ensure accuracy.
- Cross-check shipment information with warehouse operations team.
- Generate daily/shift reports (inventory status, discrepancies, order completion).
- Flag and investigate data discrepancies, missing documentation, or quantity mismatches.
- Support stock take by updating results into the system.
- Prepare labels, documents, and shipment lists for next-day operations.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and traceability.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse supervisors.
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Prior experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
- Based in air-conditioned warehouse environment.
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri Only).
