Job Role:
Complete a variety of aspects, such as picking and packing orders using the LLOP and a headset.
AM2PM is recruiting several picking operatives in the Warrington area for our prestigious retail client, which distributes its products nationally.
The role involves picking and packing various items with varied weights and sizes into cages placed on the forks. The role also involves moving, using the LLOP, or manually handling filled and empty cages to and from the correct location in the warehouse. You will be using a headset to know which location the items will be picked from and the amount of each product.
The picking operatives will work towards daily KPIs and targets to ensure the operational requirements are met.
The Person:
As a Picking operative, you need to be motivated and organised to stay on track and work towards the KPIs and targets for picking orders. The warehouse operative needs to be comfortable with completing physical work to handle and move items of different sizes and weights manually. The company will provide full training to drive the LLOP, so it\βs important to be a keen learner and willing to take up new skills.
