About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently hiring Production Operatives to work day or night shifts at a busy and well-established bread manufacturing site based on the docks in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent full time work with the potential to move into a permanent position. Previous experience is preferred however full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the bread production process across various departments
Handling, packing, and labelling baked goods
Maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout the shift
Keeping workstations clean and organised
Working efficiently to meet production targets as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience preferred with full training provided
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Comfortable working 12-hour day or night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern
