Alzheimer's Society is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week on a permanent contract. You will support hiring managers across the organisation, coaching them to make confident, inclusive hiring decisions and embedding best practice interview and selection methods.
You’ll focus on delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns for a variety of roles, advising on fair attraction strategies and safer recruitment compliance, and using data to inform your decisions.
