Alzheimer's Society in the UK is seeking a warm, thoughtful Dementia Adviser to join our team covering Selby and Tadcaster.
The role is 25 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, with regular travel including home visits and hospital liaison.
You will support people living with dementia and their families, providing information, guidance and emotional support, and signpost to local services.
