About the opportunity

At Alzheimers Society, we believe no one should face dementia alone. Every conversation, every visit and every small moment of reassurance can make a real difference. We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team in The South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust working 35 hours per week.
