Alzheimer’s Society is seeking a Dementia Adviser to join our team in Selby and Tadcaster. This 25-hour-per-week role is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, blending community and hospital placements with regular travel across the area and occasional work from home.
You will support people living with dementia and their families, conduct visits, deliver Dementia Friends sessions, and collaborate with local services to ensure seamless continuity of care after discharge.
