At Alzheimers Society, we believe no one should face dementia alone. Every conversation, every visit and every small moment of reassurance can make a real difference. We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team in North Lancashire (Lancaster area) working 21 hours per week. You will work closely with people living with dementia.
