You’ll support local events, hold information stands, and display leaflets in a variety of venues and locations highly visible in your community, such as libraries and GP surgeries. You’ll make sure the information publicised in your community is up to date and accurate. You’ll also establish connections with local organisations and community groups to help achieve widespread awareness of the support we offer.

This role will take place across Brighton and Hove, with potential opportunities in surrounding areas. It is a community‑based role, meaning you will be out and about in local venues, community settings and at events, helping to raise awareness of dementia rather than working remotely. - You are passionate about raising awareness about dementia in your local community.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to volunteer both independently and within a local team.
- You are able to travel to a variety of venues or events, bringing with you the relevant support information and materials.
Minimum age – 16 years old
This is a flexible volunteer role which is carried out within your local area and on various days and times to suit your availability.
