About The Role

We would like to welcome applications from passionate and experienced Group Facilitators to join our Hertfordshire team to support our Dementia Support Group provision. As part of the new Dementia Support contract in Hertfordshire, we manage various activities groups (weekly) across the county. The groups are well established and a crucial means of support to service users and carers.
