Alzheimer’s Society in Bridgend and the wider Cwm Taf Morgannwg area is seeking a warm, organised Dementia Adviser to support people living with dementia and their carers. The role is 21 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2027, with a focus on listening, guidance and practical support delivered across home visits, phone conversations and collaboration with other professionals.
You will manage a small caseload, keep confidential records, drive to visits, and help people access support.
