Alzheimer’s Society in Bridgend is seeking a Dementia Adviser to support people living with dementia and their carers. You will provide information, guidance and emotional support, visiting homes or connecting by phone, and work with other professionals to ensure appropriate support is in place.
The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to manage a caseload. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential as you will travel to groups and appointments.
