If you are looking for a proactive and flexible way of supporting the work of Alzheimer’s Society, then we’d love to hear from you! Throughout the year we hold many exciting community events which help us to continue our work supporting everyone affected by dementia. By volunteering at these events you will be helping us to ensure that everyone who attends has a great experience and leaves feeling passionate about our cause.
You could help at a one-off event or choose to support at several events in your local area throughout the year. You may be supporting fundraising activity at events, for example holding collection buckets or selling merchandise. You might be helping to raise awareness about dementia and our services, for example handing out flyers or you could be meeting and greeting attendees.

- You enjoy engaging with people and speaking confidently with them.
- Are flexible and willing to take on a variety of different tasks as needed.
