This is an exciting senior leadership role where you will shape how Alzheimer's Society grows its impact, influence and income through partnerships and innovation. As Associate Director of Commercial and Partnerships, you will sit on our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in turning strategy into action. Your focus will be on growing and diversifying service income, developing powerful partnerships across health and social care, and making sure our dementia support services are both sustainable and transformational.

You will be working at the intersection of purpose and commercial thinking, scaling our training, education and consultancy offer, exploring new funding models and building relationships that help us reach more people affected by dementia. This is a role with real autonomy, visibility and stretch, where your ideas, leadership and influence will directly shape the future of dementia support in a fast-changing landscape.

About you

You are an experienced, confident leader with a strong background in commercial growth, partnerships or business development within health, social care, the voluntary sector or a related environment.

You will bring:

  • A proven track record of delivering income growth, scaling services or developing new commercial opportunities
  • Experience of building and managing senior-level partnerships across organisations and sectors
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate big ambitions into clear, deliverable plans
  • Confidence using data, insight and evidence to assess impact, make decisions and demonstrate value
  • Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills, including presenting with credibility at senior levels

You will also be a collaborative, inclusive leader who leads with empathy and thrives in complex, fast-moving environments.
