Alzheimer Scotland is seeking a dedicated Day Services Practitioner to provide one-to-one support in homes and community settings across Glasgow.

You will deliver person-centred, therapeutic activities for individuals under 65, ensuring safe service delivery and adherence to policy.

You will work with the Day Services Manager, contribute to audits, and help meet the Health and Social Care Standards, SSSC codes, and Care Inspectorate requirements.

A driving licence is essential.
