We’re building a structured approach to career management, treating career information as organized data rather than scattered documents. Our mission is to eliminate the chaos of career documentation and give professionals a reliable system to manage their entire career journey.
Role Description
This is a remote cofounder position at Alynd. You\’ll be a true cofounder with significant equity and real decision‑making power. This is not an internship. You\’ll own critical business functions and help shape the company\’s future.
What You\’ll Do:
- Sell to customers, investors, and partners. This is the top priority.
- Remove obstacles so the technical founder can focus on building.
- Make tough decisions based on data, not emotion.
- Do whatever needs doing: customer support, marketing, operations, partnerships.
- Conduct market research and translate findings into action.
- Build relationships and partnerships that drive growth.
What We Need:
- Proven ability to sell, or natural sales talent you can demonstrate.
- Strong execution skills. You get things done, not just talk about them.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and context switching.
- Willing to do hands‑on work across all business functions.
- Passion for helping professionals manage their careers.

- Strategists who don\’t execute.
- People who won\’t get their hands dirty.
- Someone who needs structure before starting.
- Corporate types who need hierarchy.
