Alyana, a leading company in recruitment, is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team in Cardiff, UK. This is a full-time/part-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. This is a hybrid position.

If you are based in the UK, have the right to work full time, have an up-to-date DBS with us and do not need sponsorship, this may be suitable for you.

We currently have a number of opportunities to join our client's team at Cardiff. The highly acclaimed team provides a customer-focused response on a range of services through multiple channels of access including web contacts, Live Chat and social media, with a new focus on assisting citizens to confidently utilise a growing suite of digital services available within Cardiff and develop digital capabilities. Complete support and assistance to those with more complex enquiries will still be available over traditional channels, and the team advocates for all citizen needs. The service is currently based at Cardiff with the potential for hybrid working opportunities.

As a minimum, we will need your CV, photo ID, eligibility to work documents, DBS and Criminal conviction declaration.

Pay rate: £12.38/h, Bank Holiday: £24.76/h, overtime and weekend: £18.57, evening: £16.51.
