Senior National Account Manager handling the Wholesale & Impulse channel Very high performing FMCG Brand products West Yorkshire head office This is an outstanding career opportunity for a commercial FMCG professional who really understands and has a great track record in driving growth in the Cash & Carry, Wholesale and Impulse channels. The business is in very strong growth and continue to set very high standards. This FMCG Leader is a well-recognised and sold worldwide. As a commercial professional you would have a very strong Brand portfolio to sell, exceptional marketing support and one of the best leadership teams in the market. Experience required in * Building and developing trade relationships * Driving profitable growth aligned to clear strategic requirements * Forecasting – Consistent excellence in forecasting accuracy * Margin – Consistent excellence in NRM across the four golden pillars; Costs, Promo, Terms and Mix * Delivered cost increases on time in full without break in supply, whilst maintaining growth trajectory The person required * Strong Experience in Branded FMCG supplying into Cash & Carry / Wholesale / Impulse channels * Strong preference for experience in Branded products. Open to experience for candidates who really understand the channels and customers * Someone who is well planned and has a good understanding of P&L * Someone who is proactive and enjoys being out in the trade meeting customers and networking * A bright energetic person who enjoys pace and pressure and really enjoys being part of a team structure who enjoy collective accountability and delivery * Someone who thrives upon respect, integrity, personal development and fun The offer * Salary up to £65/70,000 * A car allowance of £500 pcm * Company and Group bonus * Pension * Training & development * Flexible office working pattern This is an outstanding opportunity for someone and the chance to work with high profile thriving FMCG brands.
