The business is a well-established UK Consumer Manufacturing business with sales well in excess of £200m and is part of an extensive international group with a huge focus upon the UK business. The role will suit someone who is numerically very strong but who is also commercially very competent and can communicate well. Profile · Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills · Interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing · Able to challenge assumptions and support business decisions Focus Areas ·Commercial analytics & performance, product costings, market insight Core Responsibilities ·Analyse performance across products, customers, and channels ·Prepare product costing simulations to support pricing decisions ·Deliver actionable insights on margins, pricing, and commercial initiatives ·Review sales trends and patterns, and forecast volumes and revenues ·Support revenue growth and profitability goals ·Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in reporting Technical Knowledge ·Solid understanding of product pricing, costing, and profitability ·Knowledge of sales forecasting and customer segmentation ·Familiarity with market drivers affecting supply and demand Business Partnering ·Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams on revenue drivers ·Provide insights on customer, product, and market performance ·Support strategic and operational planning and transversal projects Previous experience · 5 – 8 years in commercial, financial, or business analysis · Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus · Consultancy and/or advisory experience is a plus Leadership & Communications · Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for commercial team · Translate data into actionable business insights Systems & Tools · Proficient in BI tools (e.g. NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) · Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills · Comfortable handling large data sets Rewards Base salary of up to £35/40,000 Pension Health Please get in touch with Andrew to discuss this very exciting hire
