Base Pay

$14.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Always Best Care Senior Services is now hiring for Weekend shifts (8a-8p and 8p-8a). We have 12‑hour shifts available in the Chester area. At Always Best Care, our mission is to improve the quality of life of everyone we meet. We do this through an integrative training program. You will become an important part of our team and family to help fulfill this mission. You will feel great about the work you do and feel valued and appreciated for serving patients in need.

Responsibilities

  • You will be working with our clients helping them with day‑to‑day activities so they can age in place.
  • Bathing and dressing so they can start their day feeling good.
  • Preparing nutritious meals for them so their body can heal, and they will have the energy they need to make it through the day.
  • Make sure they are taking their medications to reduce visits to the hospital.
  • Run errands for them as needed.
  • Help with light housekeeping so that their environment is clean and safe.
  • Assist them with other mental and physical exercises designed to help them improve their health and reduce the risk of fall.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with caring for elderly and disabled people.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license and auto insurance.
  • Must have a clean background record and be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills.
