Alvest Equipment Services (AES) is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a part-time role based at our Kempston site until October 2026.

You will manage matching invoices to receipts, code non-PO invoices, and ensure timely payments to vendors under the direction of the Accountant Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in accounts payable, experience with ERPs (EAM, Sun Systems), and knowledge of spend management software.

Strong vendor communication is essential.
