As the Deputy Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Practice Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass compliance, HR, finance, etc. Rest assured; you will have the support of a strong management team which includes a Practice Operations manager.
We are looking for adaptable and loyal team players, eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic practice. A comprehensive handover will be provided by the Practice Manager. The post is part time / full-time post. Additionally, you will enjoy 5 weeks' leave per year, statutory bank holidays, and access to the NHS pension.

Person Specification- Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- A leadership / business / management experience
- Experience in working with general public.
- Experience in staff management (including multidisciplinary teams) and performance management.
- Experience of workforce planning, forecasting and development.
- Experience of developing and implementing policies, procedure and projects.
- Management experience within the NHS or in Practice Management
- Experience of financial management (including budgeting)
- NHS / Primary Care General Practice experience
