The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent classroom practitionerwith evidence of improving outcomes particularly for those pupils who are most vulnerable
- Have experience and a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and Pedagogy
- Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards
- Be able to work effectively with teaching assistants and other colleagues to maximise pupil outcomes
- Have a commitment to work with others to carry the Trust’s vision forward
- Have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners
- Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trusts Strategic Plan
