The opportunity: This is a fantastic chance to take your recruitment career to the next level. You’ll work closely with experienced TAs/recruiters who will support and develop you, while giving you the space to build your own style. You’ll get involved in both contingency sales, delivery with the potential to work embedded as part of an onsite talent acquisition capability. You will learn how to run a 360 desk and build relationships with leading management consultancy and professional services firms in the UK and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the team on live recruitment projects (permanent and contract)
  • Working onsite with our clients as part of embedded Talent Acquisition teams
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates across consultancy and professional services
  • Learning how to build client relationships and gradually taking on your own accounts
  • Helping to identify new business opportunities alongside senior colleagues
  • Contributing to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house) – any sector, but professional services/tech/finance would be a bonus
  • A natural relationship-builder who enjoys speaking to people and creating trust
  • Someone driven, curious, and eager to learn the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Resilient, positive, and motivated by success (individually and as part of a team)
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable with responsibility and wants to grow quickly
  • Someone who does what’s right for clients and candidates – always
