I’m currently partnering with a leading global healthcare consultancy as they continue their impressive growth in the UK. The organisation is known for blending strategic insight with hands‑on delivery, working closely with the NHS and public sector bodies to modernise services, improve outcomes, and deliver sustainable change.
They are seeking Managers for 6‑month engagements (with potential to extend), supporting NHS clients on major digital transformation initiatives. This role will involve leading high‑impact programmes across the NHS and wider UK health system, covering strategy through to delivery. There is a strong emphasis on technology‑enabled change, including digital platforms, data, and AI‑driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex health sector engagements
- Manage multi‑disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
- Act as the primary client interface
- Drive quality, pace, and outcomes across programmes
- Contribute to practice growth through business and service development
- Coach and develop consultants within the team
About You
- 5–10 years’ experience in NHS or health sector consulting and/or operational roles
- Consulting background preferred
- Proven track record leading complex programme delivery
- Commercially astute and confident engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience in one or more of: Operational or performance improvement, Programme or portfolio delivery, Digital / technology‑enabled transformation (EPR, AI, Microsoft, data), Finance, cost, or value improvement
