The opportunity: We are looking for an ambitious and successful Recruiter with experience running their own desk, ready to join our entrepreneurial team based in London (hybrid). We are a commercially driven organisation and while this role is focused on sales and delivery, we don’t believe in micro-management or management by meaningless KPIs.
What you will be doing: This is a dual desk 360 recruitment role including business development across UK management consultancy for both permanent and contractor hires. You will be responsible for winning and delivering business with consultancies and professional services businesses in the UK and internationally. You will own client relationships and revenue target.
Skills, Experience and Mindset required:
- A minimum of 3 years + 360 degree agency recruitment experience, recruiting across consultancy, professional services, technology or financial services (essential)
- Demonstrable experience building long-term relationships with clients and candidates (essential)
- Adept at new business development as well as account management
- Consistently achieving / over achieving against revenue targets
- Looking for an opportunity with real autonomy and accountability
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build trust, motivate and inspire others

- A creative problem solver who understands the demands of contractor recruitment
