Our services span embedded talent acquisition, contingent recruitment and retained search. We partner with boutique consultancies through to top-tier firms, helping them secure the talent that drives their growth. The Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven recruiter who can take ownership of business development and client growth, supported by a delivery team who know the sector inside out. You don’t need prior consulting experience. What you do need is:

  • A proven track record of billing in a professional services, finance, legal, technology, or other white-collar recruitment market.
  • Confidence in building and growing client relationships.
  • The drive to spot opportunities and convert them into revenue.

You’ll be trained on the consulting market by our in-house experts, while bringing your BD engine and recruitment expertise to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of consulting clients (existing warm accounts + new business).
  • Win retained and contingent mandates through relationship building and credible conversations.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our delivery consultants to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior candidates in the consulting sector.
  • Contribute to the growth of our business by shaping our sales playbook, culture, and team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–8 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in professional services/white-collar markets.
  • Demonstrable BD track record (winning new accounts, growing existing clients).
  • Polished communication skills and commercial acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you’ll thrive in a small, specialist firm where you can make a big impact.
