  • Supporting organisational and service redesign, including technology-enabled transformation
  • Working on programmes involving local government reform, financial sustainability, social care, housing, regeneration or wider public service transformation
  • Supporting digital, data and technology transformation programmes
  • Developing options and recommendations for senior stakeholders and helping clients move from strategy into implementation
  • Managing defined workstreams, coordinating activity and ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and timelines
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to solve complex and often ambiguous problems
  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and other client deliverables
  • Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contributing to the wider development of accounts
  • Contributing to business development activity, including proposals, tenders, thought leadership and client development

About you

  • Experience managing workstreams and taking responsibility for delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients
  • The ability to build effective relationships and adapt your approach to different stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how consulting engagements are delivered
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in continuous learning
  • The ability to work effectively in situations where the answer isn't always immediately clear
