We are a specialist recruitment services business dedicated exclusively to the management consultancy sector. Our services include embedded talent acquisition, contingent recruitment, and retained search. Every member of our delivery team has worked internally within a management consultancy. This gives us a strong understanding of how consultancies hire, manage stakeholders, and plan for growth, allowing us to operate as a trusted partner rather than a purely transactional supplier. We work with consultancies ranging from high-growth boutiques to top-tier firms. Over the past four years, we have built a strong reputation and client base and are now focused on scaling the business.
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded individual to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career, or a graduate looking to build a career in an environment that allows for real growth and one-on-one training. Working closely with experienced consultants and subject matter experts, you will receive hands‑on training in the management consultancy market and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across a wide range of consulting firms.
