You will support the delivery of recruitment projects across embedded, contingent, and retained assignments while developing the skills required to manage client relationships and win business in the future.
Working closely with experienced consultants and subject matter experts, you will receive hands‑on training in the management consultancy market and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across a wide range of consulting firms.
Recruitment and Delivery- Support the delivery of contingent, retained, and embedded recruitment assignments
- Source, engage, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines within the consulting market
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Provide market mapping and research to support client hiring projects
- Work closely with senior consultants to ensure an excellent client and candidate experience
- Learn to operate as a trusted recruitment partner to clients
- Support the growth of existing client relationships through high‑quality delivery
- Attend client meetings and gain exposure to stakeholder management
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and share market insights
- Develop business development skills through training, mentoring, and practical experience
- Contribute ideas to support the continued growth of the business
- Graduate calibre with 0–4 years of professional experience
- Previous recruitment, sales, customer‑facing, or professional services experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
