Manager – Strategy and Transformation (UK and Europe)

I am currently partnered with a boutique, employee‑owned technology consultancy focused on helping organisations extract real, measurable value from their technology investments. Their work spans strategic IT delivery, cloud transformation, operating‑model change, and complex sourcing or M&A programmes.

This is a small but high‑impact team that pairs deep technical expertise with strong commercial understanding. They work client‑side for major enterprises, delivering real‑world change without any red tape and politics.

The team is in a high growth period and are looking for experienced individuals to help shape this moving forwards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver large‑scale IT transformation initiatives
• Shape technology strategy and support clients in developing clear, evidence‑based business cases
• Work across sourcing, procurement, and M&A, including integration and carve‑out programmes
• Provide independent delivery assurance on in‑flight projects
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity
• Coach junior consultants and help shape the firm’s growing capability

Who You Are

• 6+ years in technology consulting or IT delivery
• Strong grasp of enterprise tech: cloud, data centres, networks, analytics
• Skilled across strategy, design, and delivery
• Confident communicator with senior‑level presence
• Analytical, commercially aware, collaborative, and adaptable
