The firm partners with organisations facing complex operational, financial, and strategic challenges, helping them move quickly from analysis to implementation to deliver measurable results.
Role Overview
The Logistics & Transportation team supports organizations across a range of situations, including operational transformation, performance improvement, and restructuring initiatives.
The team works with clients to improve supply chain efficiency, transportation operations, infrastructure management, and overall business perform to unlock sustainable growth through practical, impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver operational improvement projects for logistics, transportation, and infrastructure clients.
- Advise clients on: Supply chain management and optimisation | Target operating model development and organisational design | Private equity and investment lifecycle initiatives
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Manage multiple project workstreams and support implementation of recommendations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Contribute to industry engagement through conferences, events, and market participation.
- Candidate Requirements
- Experience in logistics, transportation, infrastructure, or supply chain operations, ideally with both consulting and industry exposure .
Supply chain management.
Target operating model and organisational design.
PE and investment lifecycle experience.
Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills along with strong financial literacy and modelling.
- Proven experience leading operational improvement or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to deliver implementation-focused solutions across multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Passion for the logistics and transportation sector with awareness of current industry trends.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.
- Flexibility to work outside standard U. K. business hours when required by client engagements.
- Ability to work in both remote and office-based environments.
