Operating at the heart of client leadership teams, they support organisations through periods of significant change, helping to drive measurable and lasting outcomes.
The firm has built an excellent reputation for its hands-on, delivery-focused approach, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure transformation initiatives achieve real business impact.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire experienced consultants at Manager and Senior Manager level to lead client engagements and play a key role in delivering high-profile transformation programs across a range of sectors.

What You'll Do
- Lead work streams and projects within large-scale transformation programs
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver strategic initiatives
- Translate complex business challenges into structured and actionable solutions
- Drive delivery across both business and technology functions
- Ensure programs deliver sustainable and measurable business outcomes
- Support the development of junior team members where appropriate
About You
- 6-10 years' experience within management consulting
- Currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level (or equivalent)
- Strong track record of delivering complex business transformation programs
- Experience working with large corporate or enterprise-level organisations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to technology-enabled transformation and change initiatives
- Commercially minded, collaborative, and delivery-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in fast-paced environments
