About Us

We are a specialist recruitment services business dedicated exclusively to the management consultancy sector. Our services include embedded talent acquisition, contingent recruitment, and retained search. Every member of our delivery team has worked internally within a management consultancy. This gives us a strong understanding of how consultancies hire, manage stakeholders, and plan for growth, allowing us to operate as a trusted partner rather than a purely transactional supplier. We work with consultancies ranging from high-growth boutiques to top-tier firms. Over the past four years, we have built a strong reputation and client base and are now focused on scaling the business.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven recruiter who can grow and manage client relationships while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across embedded, contingent, and retained models. This role blends business development with delivery and is well suited to someone who enjoys building long-term client partnerships. While you will continue to win and manage contingent and retained work, there is a strong emphasis on operating in an embedded, internal-style capacity with key clients. You will be supported by an experienced delivery team and trained on the management consultancy market by internal subject matter experts.

Recruitment and Delivery

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across contingent, retained, and embedded assignments
  • Act as an internal-style recruitment partner for key clients
  • Manage hiring processes in close partnership with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines within the consulting market
  • Provide market insight, salary guidance, and hiring advice to clients
  • Work closely with internal delivery consultants to ensure consistent outcomes

Client Growth and Business Development

  • Grow existing client relationships through high-quality delivery and trusted partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts into retained or embedded engagements
  • Win new business through relationship-led, consultative conversations
  • Contribute to the development of our client offering and growth strategy

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 to 8 years of recruitment experience, ideally within professional services or white-collar markets
  • Strong delivery experience alongside a proven business development track record
  • Confident working directly with senior stakeholders
  • Commercially aware and delivery focused
  • Experience in embedded or internal-style recruitment is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a small, specialist business where impact and accountability are high

What We Offer

  • A specialist focus on the management consultancy market
  • A mix of embedded, contingent, and retained recruitment work
  • An established client base alongside scope to win new business
  • Support from an experienced delivery team
  • Close collaboration with senior leadership
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission
  • Clear progression to Principal Consultant and future leadership roles

Why Join Us

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys business development but wants to build deeper, more strategic client relationships. You will have the chance to work in a premium niche, operate in an internal-style capacity with key clients, and play a meaningful role in shaping the next stage of the firm's growth.
