We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our specialist team of management consultancy recruiters. We work with ambitious consulting firms who actually care about hiring well and we are rapidly becoming the go-to partner for agile, scaleable TA solutions. We’re a small team doing serious work. No internal politics, no pointless KPIs, no ego.
You’ll spend a significant proportion of your time embedded inside a management consultancy's TA function where you will support or own hiring end-to-end. When you’re not embedded directly with a consultancy client, you might be supporting one of our contingency clients, or working on one or more retained searches.
We strongly believe in desiring hiring solutions that deliver, supported by commercial agreements that work for both the client and us.
What we’re looking for:
- 4–6 years’ experience in TA / recruitment
- Experience hiring into management consultancy or professional services (this matters)
- Comfortable running processes end-to-end without handholding
- Able to deal with senior stakeholders without overthinking it
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waits for direction
