I am currently partnered with a leading global technology consultancy as they continue their growth journey in the UK. The organisation is known for combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, working closely with public sector bodies to modernise services, improve outcomes and deliver sustainable change.
They are now looking for a Senior Consultant to join a growing and entrepreneurial health-focused consulting team supporting public sector clients. The role will involve supporting and delivering high-impact programmes across the NHS and wider UK health system, spanning strategy through to implementation. Engagements have a strong focus on technology-enabled change, including digital platforms, data and emerging AI-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of complex health sector engagements
- Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams across strategy and delivery
- Engage with client stakeholders and contribute to strong client relationship
- Own workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs to time and quality
- Support business development through proposals and insight generation
- Contribute to team culture and support the development of junior colleagues
About You
- 3–6 years’ experience in NHS or health sector consulting and/or operational roles
- Experience working on complex programmes or transformation initiatives
- Comfortable working with clients and senior stakeholders in delivery settings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in one or more of:
- Operational or performance improvement
- Programme or workstream delivery
- Digital or technology-enabled transformation (EPR, AI, Microsoft, data)
- Finance, cost improvement or value optimisation
