I’m currently partnering with a leading global healthcare consultancy as they continue their impressive growth in the UK. The organisation is known for blending strategic insight with hands-on delivery, working closely with the NHS and public sector bodies to modernise services, improve outcomes, and deliver sustainable change.

They are seeking Managers for 6-month engagements (with potential to extend), supporting NHS clients on major digital transformation initiatives. This role will involve leading high-impact programmes across the NHS and wider UK health system, covering strategy through to delivery. There is a strong emphasis on technology-enabled change, including digital platforms, data, and AI-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex health sector engagements
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
  • Act as the primary client interface
  • Drive quality, pace, and outcomes across programmes
  • Contribute to practice growth through business and service development
  • Coach and develop consultants within the team

About You

  • 5–10 years’ experience in NHS or health sector consulting and/or operational roles
  • Consulting background preferred
  • Proven track record leading complex programme delivery
  • Commercially astute and confident engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience in one or more of:
  • Operational or performance improvement
  • Programme or portfolio delivery
  • Digital / technology-enabled transformation (EPR, AI, Microsoft, data)
  • Finance, cost, or value improvement
