The Opportunity
This is not your typical recruitment role. You won’t be thrown in at the deep end with impossible KPIs. Instead, you’ll be mentored from day one with access to the senior team.
We will teach you:
- How to map markets and headhunt top consulting talent
- How to engage candidates with confidence and credibility
- How to manage a recruitment process end-to-end
- How the consulting world works (strategy, digital, transformation, M&A, sustainability and more)
- How to win new business, originating new clients and developing recruitment solutions
- How to grow into a client-facing consultant, owning relationships and revenue
We’ll train you in both recruitment skills and industry knowledge, so you become a true specialist.
What You’ll Be Doing (first six months)
- Researching firms and building candidate and professional networks
- Writing and sending engaging outreach to potential candidates
- Conducting first-round screening calls with consultants
- Supporting senior consultants on live searches and client projects
- Learning the fundamentals of account management and business development
- Building the foundation for a long-term career in consulting recruitment
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate (2:1 or above, any subject)
- Customer focused - some work experience in a customer facing role (retail/hospitality/telesales etc)
- Strong communicator - confident on the phone and in writing
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the consulting world
- Resilient - able to handle setbacks and keep moving forward
- Commercially minded - interested in how businesses grow and make money
- No prior recruitment or consulting experience required - we’ll train you in everything you need.
