We’re now looking for a German speaking Talent Acquisition Partner with 5–10 years’ experience to join our London-based team on a hybrid basis.

The opportunity: This is an opportunity to take your TA career to the next level. You’ll join an experienced, collaborative team who will support your development while trusting you with the autonomy and responsibility to deliver.

Our clients engage with us during times of peak demand, change and transformation. You’ll work with some of the fastest-growing management consultancies and advisory firms in the UK and internationally, helping them solve complex recruitment challenges.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5-10 years’ in-house talent acquisition experience (ideally within professional services, consulting or advisory)
  • Fluent in German - Essential
  • A relationship-builder and active networker who enjoys speaking to people and earning their trust
  • Someone driven, curious and eager to develop their TA career in a commercial, entrepreneurial environment
  • A resilient, positive person who is motivated by individual and team success
  • A self-starter who is comfortable taking responsibility and wants to progress quickly
  • Someone committed to doing the right thing for clients and candidates, always
