The collaborative environment is guided by A&M's core values of Integrity, Quality, Objectivity, Fun, Personal Reward, and Inclusive Diversity. We provide tax, turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement, and corporate advisory services. Our tax practice offers opportunities to work without audit conflict and to act as a trusted business advisor, with opportunities and support to develop careers that are meaningful and rewarded by achievement.
As our work expands across sectors and jurisdictions, the breadth and complexity of projects we deliver is growing. We are scaling our tax practice and recruiting a Manager to join our Transfer Pricing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated, high-profile engagements across the full spectrum of modern transfer pricing work. You will take ownership of delivering technically robust and commercially meaningful solutions on projects involving IP migration, pricing of cross-border debt, global supply chain design, major cross-border restructurings, pre-deal due diligence, and post-merger integration. You will guide clients through regulatory moments—including transfer pricing disputes, tax audits, and evolving policy changes as BEPS-driven rules become more concrete.
As a Manager, you will shape project strategy and execution, manage workstreams, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with Directors and Senior Directors to drive high-quality outcomes. We value independent thinkers, initiative, and a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-moving environment.
As a Manager within the Transfer Pricing team, you will lead complex, multi-jurisdictional projects and ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients. You will coordinate across workstreams, guide junior team members, collaborate with senior leadership, and contribute to the growth of our practice.
- Lead and drive project delivery, coordinating with colleagues across the team and wider A&M service lines to ensure deadlines, objectives, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct and supervise complex technical research, understand key data sources, and apply a critical, questioning mindset to analysis and conclusions.
- Oversee client and internal expectations, proactively managing workflows, maintaining strong communication, and ensuring deliverables meet client and senior team needs.
- Draft and review high-quality outputs, including client correspondence, technical memoranda, and internal documentation—presenting ideas clearly and with audience-appropriate messaging.
- Lead functional analysis interviews across various industries, identifying and assessing key functions, assets, risks, and value drivers within client operating models.
- Review and contribute to detailed economic analyses and financial models with robust methodologies and clear interpretation of results.
- Oversee preparation of transfer pricing documentation and related deliverables, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance while mentoring junior staff through the drafting process.
- Provide practical, commercially grounded advice on transfer pricing matters, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements, controversy, and cross-border issues.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives, including proposals, thought leadership, and identifying opportunities with existing clients.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical work, project management, and professional development.
- Coordinate cross-border advice on client matters, working with A&M teams globally to deliver integrated international tax and transfer pricing solutions.
