The role is responsible for providing the administration and delivery for all EMEA A&M pay and benefits programs along with establishing and monitoring guidelines, processes and compliance that support these programs. You will manage day‑to‑day support of benchmarking, market analysis, job evaluation, compensation, benefits, project management, data management, reporting, and HR systems support. You will also supervise the Total Rewards team. This position is based in our Manchester office (3 days a week).

How You Will Contribute

  • Develop and implement processes, programs and tools that support the business in maintaining market competitiveness and providing reliable, relevant reporting and analysis.
  • Oversee benchmarking, data analysis and reporting and provide recommendations on changes to compensation at the country and EMEA level.
  • Administer pay plans and practices to ensure they stay competitive with market.
  • Ensure standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation.
  • Manage data procurement providers, ensure procurement of relevant market data and ensure participation in market and salary surveys.
  • Participate in salary budget planning.
  • Assist in the design, implementation of variable‑pay plan proposals.
  • Provide due diligence analysis and reporting during mergers, acquisitions and launching new office locations.
  • Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to staff and HR.
  • Work with global and local brokers and benefits providers to deliver market‑driven and relevant benefits to employees.
  • Conduct periodic audits and reviews of benefits plans at local and regional level.
  • Support global mobility in benefits provision for cross‑country moves.
  • Participate in and oversee ongoing and ad‑hoc pay and benefits projects.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on European compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Ensure government filings, plan audits, or other compliance reporting requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
  • Manage and support the annual compensation processes such as merit review, bonus planning, salary surveys, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 6‑8 years’ experience in a global consulting or professional services environment supporting complex compensation and benefits management and processes.
  • Good knowledge of compensation practices in the UK and several other European countries.
  • Good knowledge of benefits provision in the UK and several other European countries and experience working with benefits brokers and providers.
  • Strong knowledge of major data providers and benchmarking proficiency.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex information and data and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
  • Strong technical skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.
