Overview of the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Team Assistant to support the day-to-day administration of our fast-paced and dynamic Digital Technology Services (DTS) team. This role is perfect for someone with a can-do attitude, a strong team spirit, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Responsibilities
- Assisting EA team with:
- Email and calendar management.
- Booking meetings, venues, flights, and hotels.
- Completing expense reports for MDs and SDs.
- Completing weekly timesheets for MDs.
- Handling general office tasks, such as filing, printing, binding, scanning, and data entry.
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new staff.
- Improving and maintaining storage and retrieval systems.
- Ad hoc clerical duties and projects.
- Covering for EA holidays and absences.
Requirements
- Active listener with good communication skills.
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Good time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
