Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the day‑to‑day delivery of a wide range of advisory and insolvency cases.
- Work with senior Managing Directors on regional mid‑market restructuring engagements.
- Handle multi‑stakeholder and cross‑border restructuring advisory engagements and/or UK and cross‑border insolvency appointments.
- Participate in business development and targeting activities.
- Support a flexible culture and hybrid working policy.
Qualifications
- Qualified ACA or ACCA; JIEB or CPI desirable but not essential.
- Experience within the Restructuring team of a Big 4 or other large national practice or regional professional services firm.
- Strong background in financial analysis, project management of a mixed case portfolio, and supervision of staff.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of insolvency legislation, relevant case law, SIPs and guidance from regulators and government bodies.
- Desire to build on existing skill sets and broaden knowledge across all restructuring offerings, with project experience in company‑side advisory projects, accelerated sale processes, IBRs, short‑term cash flow, formal insolvency and contingency planning.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging, and uncertain environment.
- Aptitude for business development and targeting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Objective, fact‑based approach to problem solving.
