The team designs and develops technical, industry-specific, and methodology-focused learning programmes, partnering with business stakeholders and external vendors in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Learning Partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and delivery teams to ensure the effective design, development, and evaluation of technical training programmes.

Identification: Collaborate with Learning Partners to assess and prioritise technical training needs to ensure alignment with organisational goals, particularly addressing business and performance challenges.

Partner with account managers to book dates, select trainers, negotiate terms / rates, and review and execute agreements and invoices.

Team with instructors to design and deliver high quality courses.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-7 years in learning and development, ideally with a focus on managing technical learning programmes.
  • Instructional Design Knowledge: Understanding of instructional design principles, with some experience supporting the development of technical learning programmes.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively drive projects forward.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate learning effectiveness through data analysis and apply insights to drive improvements in learning programmes.
  • Communication & Collaboration

Skills: Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams, managing vendor relationships, and engaging with stakeholders at various levels within the organisation.
