Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a passionate Senior Associate to join our Global People Organization (GPO) team, supporting Giving Back and People Experience initiatives across EMEA, APAC, India, and ANZ. You will drive social impact, build partnerships, and create experiences that reflect our culture and values within the employee lifecycle.
You will report to the Global Giving Back Manager and collaborate with regional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to execute regional initiatives.
