The Team
We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Senior Associate to join our Global People Organization (GPO) team, supporting Giving Back & People Experience initiatives.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving meaningful community impact and exceptional employee experiences across EMEA, APAC, India, and Australia/New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will be a connector and storyteller who is passionate about building partnerships, driving social impact, and creating experiences that embed our culture and values into the overall employee lifecycle.
You will work closely with regional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to bring our Giving Back and People Experience programs to life across the globe.
You will report to the Global Giving Back Manager and partner with People Experience Leads.
- How You Will Contribute
- Giving Back Program (EMEA, APAC, India, ANZ)
- Execute regional components of the Giving Back program plan, helping to increase employee awareness and volunteerism.
- Collect, track, and report on program impact metrics, including volunteer hours, donations, and employee participation, to measure and communicate impact.
- Develop and localize regional Giving Back communications and campaigns, helping tailor global messaging for local audiences.
- Drive ambassador engagement through building strong relationships, facilitating ambassador meetings, and developing communications and resources to keep the network informed and motivated.
- Research, vet, and evaluate local charity and nonprofit organizations to ensure alignment with A&M's values and program standards.
- Collaborate with local charity partners to plan community impact events and coordinate volunteer activities.
- Partner with the People Experience team to plan and facilitate Giving Back programming for training and offsite events in assigned regions.
- People Experience Initiatives (EMEA, APAC, India, ANZ)
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of People Experience initiatives at large training sessions and events across assigned regions, ensuring experiences reflect A&M’s culture and core values.
- Develop event materials and communications, and manage logistics to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience across regions.
- Gather and synthesize employee feedback following events and programs to drive continuous improvement and strengthen the overall employee experience.
- Partner with People Experience Leads and GPO Functional Leads to implement best practices and support key initiatives that reinforce our core values and culture, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, employee engagement, HR, or related fields.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, global environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing presentations and program materials.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, with experience working across international geographies preferred, and ability to work in different time zones as needed.
- Proactive, detail-oriented team player.
- Passion for social impact, community engagement, and creating exceptional employee experiences.
- Ability to travel to events as needed.
