Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager in London will develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies for our dynamic Talent Acquisition team of 40+ colleagues across EMEA.
This highly visible role supports A&M’s ambitious growth plans in the UK and the wider EMEA region and requires acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and recruiting priorities across the organisation.
- Develop and deploy candidate sourcing strategies, utilizing Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Champion and manage a rigorous screening process, including interviews, appropriate skills testing and referencing.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers on talent requirements, share market intelligence, promote the employer brand and diversity & inclusion policies, and manage relationships with external search firms and contingent agencies.
- Provide the business with accurate and timely status updates, organising briefing and preparation sessions to ensure hiring managers are clear on candidate and process status.
- Oversee all aspects of the offer stage and act as an effective conduit between candidates, hiring managers, HR, Legal and the wider TA team across EMEA.
Qualifications
- Extensive retained search or proactive sourcing experience, gained within an executive search firm or in‑house Talent Acquisition team.
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines and seniority levels, including executive roles.
- Strong UK market knowledge and candidate network; wider European experience is desirable.
- Skilled in direct sourcing, candidate engagement and tools such as Linked In Recruiter.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end, inclusive recruitment processes for complex assignments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, commercially aware and able to quickly understand new business areas.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is essential.
- Additional European language skills are highly desirable.
