Role Overview

Located in the UK, the Executive Compensation team leads advisory on pay for a broad spectrum of companies, including about 10% of the FTSE 100, FTSE 250, Small Cap, and private firms. The team operates within the People Services section of A&M Tax, alongside People, Reward and Performance, Equity Reward, and Employment Taxes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide main support to the Partners in their role as trusted independent advisors to our largest clients.
  • Lead client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to Remuneration Committees, senior executives, and boards of medium and smaller sized clients (typically outside of the FTSE 100).
  • Originate and drive business development, identifying opportunities, leading proposals, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the practice.
  • Oversee multiple engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and commercial delivery while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Play a key role in practice leadership, contributing to strategic direction, service innovation, and market positioning.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor teams, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative culture.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including institutional investors and proxy advisors, providing insight into evolving governance and market expectations.
  • Drive thought leadership and market presence, including publishing insights, speaking at events, and enhancing A&M’s reputation in executive compensation.
  • Ensure technical excellence, bringing deep expertise across executive pay design, governance, and regulatory developments.
